HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

A return can be requested via the following email address: info@snoezly.com. Please state that you wish to request a return and provide the email address used for the order. After submitting your request, our staff will check whether you are eligible for a return.

Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

30-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
